This method can be practiced with specific equipment or on the floor using mats (MAT), always under professional supervision, in individual or small group classes.
Our Pilates machine classes are conducted in small groups of up to 5 people or in private sessions, ensuring personalized attention tailored to your needs. In a calm and professional environment, we strive to make each session a unique experience of personal care and well-being.
